Sales Representative - inbound leads (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Birmingham with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling card disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
