Sales Representative - inbound leads (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Summit Construction and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 253 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
