Sales Representative - inbound leads (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood River Markets is a Baltimore retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around supplier deliveries clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling supplier deliveries. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
