Sales Representative - inbound leads (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Basin Foods Partners produces packaged foods at its Baltimore plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling production batches. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
