Sales Representative - inbound leads (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ember Insurance and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
