Sales Representative - inbound leads (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Willow Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
