Sales Representative - inbound leads (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Baltimore. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
