Sales Representative - inbound leads (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Umber Freight is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling proof of delivery. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
