Sales Representative - inbound leads (Austin, TX)

Nova Ashton Banking Services Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around branch operations clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling branch operations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
