Sales Representative - inbound leads (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling field records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
