Resident Services Coordinator - tenant education (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Kestrel Property Management manages apartment communities around Fresno with about 40 employees. We are hiring a full-time resident services coordinator. What you will do • Lead workshops for residents on budgeting, renters' rights and utility assistance. • Connect families with local services for food, health and childcare. • Help residents with move-in, lease questions and neighbour concerns. What we are looking for • Experience in social work, community organising, teaching or property management. • Spanish or Hmong is a plus. Full-time, on site in Fresno.
