Registered Nurse - telehealth (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
