Registered Nurse - telehealth (Toledo, OH)

Lumen Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Toledo. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
