Registered Nurse - telehealth (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Yarrow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Seattle with clinics and support teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
