Registered Nurse - telehealth (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Medical and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 254 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
