Registered Nurse - telehealth (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
