Registered Nurse - telehealth (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Rowan Care Services supports families and individuals in San Jose with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
