Registered Nurse - telehealth (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Thistle Pharma and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on batch records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
