What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience.
