Registered Nurse - telehealth (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Ashton Care Services is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
