Registered Nurse - telehealth (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Keystone Transit Planning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
