Registered Nurse - telehealth (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Rochester. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
