Registered Nurse - telehealth (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
