Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Health Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
