Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Northwind Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Grand Rapids, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
