Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Fernwood Ridge Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication.
