Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Redstone Transit Planning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
