Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
