Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Rivermark Glen Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
