Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Northwind Ember Medical is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
