Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Harborlight West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jackson. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
