Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Harbor Transit Planning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 291 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
