Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Transit Planning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
