Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Insurance Partners and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
