Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Harborlight Maple Medical is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
