Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Stonegate Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Seattle. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
