Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Lumen Birch Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Birmingham. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
