Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Foxglove Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Charleston. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
