Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Cedar Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Jose, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a large organisation of about 293 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
