Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Ironwood Granite Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Fresno, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on premium billing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
