Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Orchard Care Services and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
