Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Northwind Birch Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Atlanta design routes and schedules, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
