Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Fernwood Linden Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Toledo area, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
