Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Highbridge North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Savannah caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
