Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Health runs clinics and patient services around Madison, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
