Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Care Services Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on telehealth for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
