Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Summit Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in New Orleans, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our telehealth. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
