Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Transit Planning Partners and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be telehealth. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
