Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Lumen Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charlotte. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
