Registered Nurse - telehealth (remote)

Cedar Lakeside Care Services supports families and individuals in Savannah with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on telehealth. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
